We sit inside HortPark on the Southern Ridges. The dining room reads like a conservatory: rattan lanterns overhead, greenery off the beams, trails straight out the door. Weekdays from eleven, weekends from nine.

Generous all-day cooking for park appetites: weekend brunch from nine, grills and pastas for the table, and desserts that assume you are not leaving yet. Prices are as charged.

A Room That Feels Like Outside

Bamboo overhead, moss and greenery hung off the beams, and glass on every side onto the park. It seats 180 for a buffet or 120 plated, with nothing between the front of the room and the back, so a stage and a dance floor go where you want them.

HortPark's own carpark sits at the entrance, a level stroll from our door; it fills on weekend mornings when the trails are busy.

Before You Come

It is our most flexible events venue: 180 seated for a buffet or 120 plated, with room for a stage and a dance floor and a clear view of the front from every table. One team runs the night, and the quote you approve is the quote you pay.

When The Garden Is Booked

Now and then the whole of HortPark is taken for a wedding or a company dinner and closes to the public — sometimes for the day, sometimes for an evening.
